Dr.sallie saved my cats life after another vet told me there wasn't much they could do. He explained everything to me and never gave me unrealistic hope. He never once made me feel quilty for my financial restraints and even told me if it came to having to humanely let go, he'd do it at no extra cost. I can't thank him and his team enough. My baby is home and doing 100% better!

I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. They were so good to my fur baby woogy and cared for her to the very end. The vet kept me very informed of her condition and what to expect and how to handle end of life stages as an 18 year old cat. He was so empathetic to my pain. The office staff handled both me and woogy with care. Would bring any future pet to be cared for by this team

The staff there are highly recommended by many other veterinarians and by customers as well. My Husky Stryker of 10 years had to have surgery on his left rear knee due to a Lump/Mass of some type. It was removed today, and though he is still under the healing properties of modern medicine, his personality still shone through and narly a noticeable limp. That's expert care, in my opinion.

Commonwealth Animal Care is by far the best bet clinic I’ve visited. The staff there are kind, thorough, and understanding. Dr. Ryan is one of the best vets I’ve met so far and the prices are more than affordable. My cat Pioneer had an abscessed tooth and it had to be removed. Not only was it removed but they cleaned all his teeth while they were at it! Pioneer is now healthy and healed. 🐾

I was referred to Commonwealth Animal Care by Blue Paw to address concerns about my cat’s voice, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Sallie, who I am currently working with, is incredibly informative, clearly explaining the next steps and providing transparent pricing. I feel comfortable and secure entrusting my “kids” here, knowing they are in capable and caring hands. If you’re looking for in-depth, attentive care for your fur babies, this is an excellent place to go. Highly recommend!

I have known Ryan and Noah since childhood so I can attest to their genuine compassion and love for animals. Ryan took care of my oldest, Basil, when he was small and working in a different clinic several years ago, so I already knew my boys were in good hands. I was ecstatic once I realized they had opened their own clinic when I moved to Lexington a year ago. This time, Noah took wonderful care of my Amadeus. He made everything clear and easy to understand and was sure to answer all of my questions before we left. I will definitely be bringing Basil and Toulouse to see them when the need arises. I cannot recommend these two enough. Photos are of my boys for cat tax purposes.

Found us a new vet! Ryan was super great with my MIA. The vet that I'm gonna fire next week they only care about money and try and sell you everything under the sun. Having Mia spayed here was several hundred dollars cheaper and my pup didn't come home stressed. Thank you all for today! See you when it's check up time.

My dog had tooth extraction and dental cleaning there. Dr. Noah did the surgery, everything was great. The price was reasonable, and all the staff are so nice. Thank you all.
